I have been working at CPD since 1997, starting out as a secretary / office assistant. I worked my way through college, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale in 2003. As my time grew with CPD, I took on greater responsibilities and became proficient in both design and purchasing. I have earned my NCIDQ Certification and am licensed in the State of FL as an Interior Designer. Working in design is my passion and I specialize in the total design package.

I work with the client from the initial design meeting to create a space that is one of a kind and admired by both the client and the brand. Space planning, color schemes, FF&E selections, design boards and spec books are just a sampling of what I do in design. I would say my most unique quality is that I can design a job then follow it through and create the contracts, purchase the merchandise and expedite the orders. I also work with other interior design firms to purchase merchandise to their specifications to best suit the owners and property. 


My background in accounting and my people skills have afforded me a longtime position at CPD. I started in May of 1988 and have held multiple positions including purchasing and expediting, computer programming as well as overseeing the day to day operations from a human resource and administrative position.

I work closely with Mr. Lewis as well as the entire design department which has given me the product knowledge and logistical skills to ensure success in all of our projects.






I have been working for Contract Purchasing & Design since 2006 in the Purchasing Department. Prior to CPD my back ground is having 6 years management experience in the Movie Theater Industry and 6 years as an Analyst for Workers Compensation Insurance Industry, both of which have given me the ability to understand the customer’s need and the ability to analyze and solve situations that may arise in our industry today. Since my tenure with CPD in the purchasing department, my job duties entail the following:
Ensure that the product being specified from the designers or from the hotel brand specifications get ordered and delivered on time.
Provide delivery schedules for the merchandise being delivered which are planned out to be in line with the installation schedule and opening of the hotel
Freight management domestic and international – providing the best possible freight companies to handle the customers merchandise at reasonable rates.
